What our clients say...

"Richard Wylder gave exemplary service through what became a very lengthy Equity Release mortgage application. We had many difficulties mostly from poor legal advice but every time Richard rose to the challenge and found an answer to each and every problem. He must have put many hours of work into our application but always tried to appear upbeat and positive which gave us confidence. We are happy he was our financial adviser and not sure anyone else could have got the job done!"

What is Equity Release?

Equity release, often called a ‘lifetime mortgage,’ lets you unlock tax-free cash tied up in your home without needing to sell or move. You can borrow money against the value of your property or sell a share of it, receiving either a lump sum or a regular income. Many plans also allow you to access additional funds later if required. Equity release is designed for homeowners aged 55 and over, whether you own your home outright or still have a mortgage, which can be paid off using the released funds.

Is Equity Release safe?

Yes, equity release is a safe and regulated option. As a provider, we are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and adhering to their strict standards to protect customers. With a lifetime mortgage, you or your estate will never owe more than the value of your home, provided it’s sold for the best price possible.

What can you use equity release for?

The funds you release are yours to spend however you like. You might choose to improve your home, buy a new car, pay off debts, or enjoy greater peace of mind knowing your retirement is more secure. The possibilities are entirely up to you.
